ZooMontana reopened its doors Monday under Gov. Steve Bullock s phase one to reope salomon n Montana businesses.ZooMontana Executive Director Jeff Ewelt said they are happy to have the zoo open. It was exciting to hear the kids screaming again. We saw the excitement on our members, and we are pretty excited to be back to somewhat of a normalcy, said Ewelt.For the firs yeezy t week of its reopening, ZooMontana is only allowing members to visit. On May 11, the zoo will be opened to the public. Ewelt said for this first month, they will only be allowing 500 people at the zoo per day as opposed to the regular capacity of 6,000 people.At this time, ZooMontana will have its playgrounds open with strict sanitation policies in place.Ewelt said while the zoo was closed, they have made some new additions.
